CFB Boiler And Power Plant Simulation HKD provides CFB boiler and power plant simulation system for petrochemical and power industries. Usage
	Used for normal operation training. When the instructor makes a change or disturbance to the operations, the trainee can regulate the process to maintain the normal operations. The trainee can gain the operation experience in this way.
	Used for training the treatment of failures which seldom occurs in reality. These failures include emergency shutdown, serious malfunctions, and etc. The trainee can gain the experience in failures diagnosis and treatment.
	Simulating the startup procedure to get a reasonable one before the plant commissioning, and improving the operation conditions after the plant commissioning to get more benefit.
	Analyzing the dynamic performance of the process to improve the control design.

Successful Story

HKD developed a simulator for a CFB process based power plant in a petrochemical factory under SINOPEC.
The equipment simulated includes two sets of 310t/h FW CFB boilers, 100MW condensing turbine and QFS-125-2 air-cooling generator. The TPS DCS of Honeywell serves as the monitoring system. The control system includes CCS, DAS, MCS, SCS, BMS, FSSS, TSI. The I/A DCS of FOXBORO serves as DEH.
